Dream Weaving & the Quiet Language of Eclipse Season
At Soulful Abundance, we love moon energy and believe the moon is a powerful driver of cycles and intuition, while crystals carry the steady wisdom of the earth. Together, reminding us that we are always held between grounding and flow.
The next full moon, the Snow Moon, occurs this Sunday, February 1st. Next month’s full moon will be the Worm Moon/Total Lunar Eclipse on March 3. The first eclipse season of 2026 begins in February, featuring an annular solar eclipse on Feb. 17 and a total lunar eclipse on March 2-3.
As we move into eclipse season, the energy around us begins to shift. Eclipses have long been understood as transitional threshold moments.
Meika Hamisch, who is teaching our upcoming Dream Weaving class series, shares about the upcoming season:
Eclipse seasons tend to thin the veil between waking life and the inner world. Dreams may arrive differently now, through images, sensations, or quiet knowing rather than clear narratives.
Instead of stimulating dream intensity, this season invites listening with restraint. A few gentle supports that align well with eclipse energy:
⭐Chamomile, lemon balm, or passionflower to settle the nervous system
⭐Moonstone or smoky quartz placed nearby for emotional attunement and grounding
⭐Lavender or sandalwood used sparingly to support restful sleep
A single sentence before bed:
“I receive only what is ready to be known.”
During eclipses, not dreaming can be just as meaningful as vivid imagery.
