Sink into the pristine sounds of the crystal alchemy singing bowls as you allow their songs to gently reset your nervous system and guide you back to your natural state of harmony and peace.

These sound bath sessions will feature the sacred alchemies of Smoky Quartz, Aqua Aura Gold, Sugilite, Pink Tourmaline, Shungite, Moldavite, Malachite, St. Germain, Lemurian Seed Crystal, Platinum, Palladium and Tesseract Salt, creating a high-frequency soundscape that ignites, soothes, and focuses the brain.

The singing bowls emit 432 Htz and 440 Htz tones and vibrations, and the twelve bowl set is specifically tuned to the notes of the endocrine system, C#, D#, F#, G#, A#, to support mental clarity, balance, and energetic alignment.

When the nervous system relaxes, the body can do what it’s designed to do… restore and repair. And when the physical body feels calm and safe, our mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies can come back into balance.

During a sound-bath, your only task is to be curious, rest into the sounds, and be open to receive their waves of gentle energetic cleansing, messages, and love songs.

Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, (whatever items to help you build a cozy nest on the floor). Bring a water bottle as well. Come hydrated! Think of receiving a sound bath as receiving a massage. Every cell of the body is being moved, allowing for more flow, and bringing up toxins to be released. Good to plan on taking an Epsom salt bath afterwards.

I am delighted to share the harmonic frequencies of the crystal alchemy singing bowls during this time of intense planetary transformation. I have walked a life-long path of searching for ways to stay in harmony with my Truest Self. In 2020, after the ending of an emotionally abusive relationship and the suicide death of my father who had long suffered with schizophrenia, I fell into a deep well of grief. Thankfully, so much support came, including the crystal singing bowls. In 2021, after weeks of immersing myself in on-line sound baths given by Jeralyn Glass, I decided to purchase a few bowls to play for myself, and to experience her Level 1 and Level 2 trainings. Since then I have acquired a few (haha) more bowls and shared many group sound baths in many different settings. With the help of sacred sound, community connection, and abundant time spent in nature, over-whelming grief has flipped to joy and zest for life. I look forward to sharing these transformative bowl songs with you in amongst all the crystals at Soulful Abundance!
