Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, (whatever items to help you build a cozy nest on the floor.) Bring a water bottle as well. Come hydrated! Think of receiving a sound bath as receiving a massage. Every cell of the body is being moved, allowing for more flow, and bringing up toxins to be released.
